We will only contact your veterinarian if you are purchasing a prescription medication. If your order consists only of non-prescription products, we’ll ship it right away — usually the very same day.
If you’re ordering prescription (Rx) medications for your pet, we’ll just need you to provide your vet’s name and telephone number, and we’ll take it from there. A member of our pharmacy team will contact your vet to obtain approval for your pet’s medication by telephone or fax.
